Awana is a kids discipleship program that uses personal Bible memorization in a small group setting that helps build relationships, All Clubs (ages 3 - Jr. High School) start Sep. 4th and it’s not to late to sign up. The cost is $24-45 per child. Questions contact Tim Stout.

Let's Potluck is our welcome back dinner to kick-off our new season of fellowship and fun. Join us on Saturday, September 14 in our Fellowship Hall at 5:00pm. Join us as the Body of Christ in praying together over our city, state, and nation. We will sing and give thanks to God for His love and mercy and seeks our Lord's intervention to restore hearts to Him. Come early and bring a lawn chair!

Come play some games with us! Board games are a great way to spend time having fun and getting to know people better. So invite your friends, bring one or two of your favorite games, and enjoy good fellowship and friendly competition. WOMEN'S MONDAY NIGHT BIBLE STUDY |  6:30pm

Join us on Monday nights beginning Monday, Sep 9th, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm for our new Bible study on 12 Daring Women of the Bible. Some of today’s best-loved Christian authors and speakers look at the spiritual lessons learned from these 12 brave women described on the pages of God’s Word. Tuesday Morning Ladies' Bible Study will resume September 17, 2024. We'll be studying the inspiring book of Joshua for our first semester, and, as always, prayer is a strong part of our gathering. Come - be blessed, and be a blessing! Free child care is provided.

It's so fun to give gifts. Calvary, we have a gift for you. It's called Rightnow Media. It's the Netflix of Christian Bible Studies, but much more. Next week, if we have an email for you on file, you will receive an email to guide you to setup a login to Rightnow Media. With that login, you will have access to over 30k christian content videos. What out for that email on June 30th, check your spam folder. 

Starting tonight youth group will be meeting at 6pm. If you are in Middle or High School we want you to join us!!! We meet in the Lifehouse Sunday nights.

Join with a group from Calvary and numerous folks from around the nation to pray for the nation of Ukraine & the believers there.

As we resume ministries there are lots of ways to get involved. If you are interested in any of the following categories, call Alice in the office at 805-733-3545. Yard team, sound booth, coffee cart, ushers, kids team, janitorial and welcome table. 

We need a few creative people to join our tech team volunteers. If you think you have a bit of a creative eye or an ear for music and are comfortable using computers, we would love to talk with you about opportunities for you to help and plan a time for you to shadow our current volunteers. Want to get some exercise but hate going to a weight room by yourself?  Do you like friendly competition? Sports Nite is the answer. Tuesday nights at 7pm meet at Calvary's gym and get moving and playing sports like indoor soccer, basketball, floor hockey, etc... It's about the fun of the game, staying active, hanging out, and sharing the love of Jesus with others who aren't connected to God yet. Join us this Tuesday!
