CALVARY CLASS | May 19 @ 11am
Wonder what makes Calvary tick? Pastor Nate will be leading a class for those who interested in learning more about Calvary and/or becoming members. Learn how we work and what God is calling us to do to be a light to our community. Sign up at the Welcome Table in the foyer or contact the office.
CHURCH WORK DAY | Saturday, May 25 @ 8:30am
Help take care of our church! We are wanting to prep for summer...clean gutters, paint, beautify our campus. We will be focusing our efforts outdoors.
NEIGHBOR NITE | June 8th @ 7pm
Come and bring a neighbor to our movie/yard game party on Calvary’s lawn on Friday evening, June 8th at 7PM. There will be snacks and good times of fellowship with old friends and a great time of learn about new friends.
BRIDGE HOUSE MEAL | June 21st @ 3pm and 6pm
Please volunteer to help support our mission to feed the less fortunate in our community one meal at a time.
Friday June 21st 2024 -- 4 volunteers 3:00pm - at Calvary Kitchen to prep and cook dinner / 6 volunteers needed 6:00pm at The Bridge House to serve and fellowship with clients at bridge house. Thank you for your support!
Youth Group Sundays @ 6:00pm (Lifehouse)
Starting tonight youth group will be meeting at 6pm. If you are in Middle or High School we want you to join us!!! We meet in the Lifehouse Sunday nights.
PRAYER MEETING: UKRAINE | 1st & 3rd Sundays, 3pm (Choir Room)
Join with a group from Calvary and numerous folks from around the nation to pray for the nation of Ukraine & the believers there.
Ways to serve
As we resume ministries there are lots of ways to get involved. If you are interested in any of the following categories, call Alice in the office at 805-733-3545. Yard team, sound booth, coffee cart, ushers, kids team, janitorial and welcome table.
We need a few creative people to join our tech team volunteers. If you think you have a bit of a creative eye or an ear for music and are comfortable using computers, we would love to talk with you about opportunities for you to help and plan a time for you to shadow our current volunteers. Wednesday Night Prayer Meeting
Prayer is our communication with God. God hears and attends to the needs of His people. Would you join us in sharing our requests and praises to God Wednesday nights from 7-8pm ish. Meet in the Choir Room or join us online through Zoom. For more info contact Allan Clark or visit the Welcome Center.
Women's Bible Studies
WOMEN'S MONDAY NIGHT BIBLE STUDY | 6:30pm
Ladies...our Monday Night Bible study will be starting up again on Monday, Jan. 8, 2024 @ 6:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall. We will be going through Season 3 of "The Chosen" film series over the next several weeks. If you are interested in getting a study guide to go along with the series, please contact Denise Belton. There is no charge for the study guide. Hope to see you there!

The Ladies' Tuesday Morning Bible Study will be starting a new series by Cynthia Heald entitled "Becoming a Woman of Purpose" on March 5, 2024, culminating May 21, 2024. We meet from 10:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. Tuesday in the Fellowship Hall. Free childcare is provided. Contact Claudette for more information..
Men's 33

YOUNG ADULTS | Friday's @ 6:30pm
Calvary Young Adults is back! We're a community of college students and young professionals aged 18 to 28ish (with a few slightly older) dedicated to deepening our connection with Christ through Bible study, prayer, and fellowship. Join us Friday nights at Keith & Debbie Herndon's home for a meal, engaging conversations, and occasional game nights! Interested? Contact Daniel Fraats.
Sports Nite
Want to get some exercise but hate going to a weight room by yourself? Do you like friendly competition? Sports Nite is the answer. Tuesday nights at 7pm meet at Calvary's gym and get moving and playing sports like indoor soccer, basketball, floor hockey, etc... It's about the fun of the game, staying active, hanging out, and sharing the love of Jesus with others who aren't connected to God yet. Join us this Tuesday!
